KO follows a serious workout routine to keep his body in top shape for his work. His workout routine is structured in a way that works best for him, which is actually something that everyone should do to reach and maintain their fitness levels.
Karan Oberoi aka KO said he does not like training in the evening, so his workouts are always done in the morning to late afternoons between 10 am to 2 pm. He said the reason for this is that he feels most energetic during these hours to workout effectively. There are special supplements that can be used pre-workout for energy boost. Karan Oberoi aka KO works out 6 days in the week in general. He works out Monday to Saturday and Sunday is a rest day.
The male model’s workout includes high repetitions, light weight super sets and circuits. KO also emphasizes to have a circuit training and lots of running to have a body like a model.
It’s important for male models to avoid growing huge leg muscles because massive legs don’t look aesthetic and good looks are crucial thing for male models. Most male models will focus on developing the v shape that is achieved with the right waist to shoulder ratio.
So Karan Oberoi  also makes sure he doesn’t over do legs exercises as they start giving a look of a body builder which shall not be considered as the body of a model .

When it comes to his diet, Karan does have a high level of restriction. He believes in enjoying a fulfilling meal, but he does ensure that he eats healthy at all times. He enjoys drinking fresh fruit juices and green tea after every hour or so that also helps in detoxification. The only way to eat health is by falling in love with it, he emphasizes to start loving healthy food rather eating just because they going to give you some best results that would ultimately not last long.
He avoids certain foods like white starch, processed foods and foods that come in packets as they have preservatives stored which are harmful to a body. Karan stays away from foods that are high in sugar, sodas, alcohol, cigarettes, junk foods as they  not only spoil the body but also takes away the charm.
